JAR RETURN PROGRAM FAQ

HOW DO I RETURN MY JAR?

When you come to pick up your next order, bring back the old one with you

DO I NEED TO TAKE OUT THE OLD WAX?

No! Just bring it back once you have finished burning it (1/2" wax remaining)

DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE LABEL?

No! Just bring it back as is

DO I GET A CREDIT FOR RETURNING MY JAR?

Unfortunately no. 

WILL YOU POUR A CANDLE IN A JAR THAT I PROVIDE?

Please contact me directly regarding this. Some jars may be able to be used. However, I go through extensive testing in my jars to ensure they burn properly.
